Your right to cancel

You can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it. Let us know by email at petnestmalta@gmail.com or by phone on +356 9927 0456 or +356 7927 7780, quoting your order number.

Items must be returned unused, unopened and in their original packaging. For health and hygiene reasons, food, treats, supplements and grooming products cannot be returned once the seal has been opened.

How returns work

Once you contact us, we will arrange a convenient time to collect the items, or you can drop them off with us. When we receive the items we will refund you within 14 days, using the same payment method you used to pay.

If you cancel because an item arrived damaged, incorrect or past its best before date, we collect it free of charge and refund the full cost, including any delivery charge.

Damaged or wrong items

Please check your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged or not what you ordered, tell us within 48 hours and send a photo if you can. We will replace the item or refund you, whichever you prefer.

Unavailable products

Occasionally a supplier cannot supply an item you have paid for. If this happens we will contact you before delivery to offer a suitable alternative or a full refund for that item.
