Ordering

When you place an order you will receive an email confirming that we have received it. A contract is formed when we confirm that your order has been accepted, which happens once payment is confirmed or, for cash on delivery orders, when we confirm the order by email.

We may decline an order if a product is unavailable, if there is an obvious error in the price or description, or if we cannot deliver to the address given. If we decline an order after you have paid, we refund you in full.

Prices and payment

All prices are in euro and include VAT at the applicable rate. Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you pay.

We accept card payments, including Apple Pay and Google Pay, processed securely by Stripe. We may also offer Revolut Pay, bank transfer and cash on delivery. Card details are handled by our payment provider and are never stored by PetNest Malta.

Orders paid by bank transfer are held for up to three working days while we wait for the payment to arrive. If payment is not received in that time, the order is cancelled.

Delivery

Delivery times and charges are explained on our delivery page. Delivery dates are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control. We will always keep you informed.

Discounts and promotions

Discount codes and promotions are subject to the conditions shown with them, such as a minimum spend or expiry date. Codes cannot be exchanged for cash. Unless stated otherwise, the workplace delivery discount can be combined with other offers.

Product information

We take care to show accurate product information, including ingredients and analysis supplied by the manufacturer. Packaging can change from time to time, so please always read the label on the product you receive. If your pet has a medical condition, ask your vet before changing their diet.

Returns

Your rights to cancel and return items are explained on our returns page. These terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malta.
